Greetings Noble Populace,
As this event is being held in our small shire, we would love help making things happen!
We would love help with the following items on the day of the event:
- Parking (We would like to have at least two people, one to guide to accessible parking, one for general parking)
- Setup (both site items and Personal Pavilions to help combatants ready their areas)
- Pavilion Guide (we have a coordinator that will need help showing people to their assigned spaces)
- Tollner (most importantly slots between 8:30am and noon)
- Heralds (we would love to have some heralds ready for those without)
- Runners (for the tournament)
- Lunch Service (please reach out to Nez ahead of time or stop by the kitchen in the morning)
