The site is discreetly damp and no open flames are allowed. Landscape is generally flat, with unpaved surfaces, gravel, and grass. The lodge has 2 small steps to enter with 2 bathrooms within. There will be one ADA compliant and one standard Porto available.  

A lunch will be included in the event fee prepared by Baroness Nuzha bint Saleem. If you have dietary restrictions please make sure to note them on the registration form (linked above) or contact her at baroness@thescorre.aethelmearc.org.

Ingredients List will be posted to the event site as soon as it is available.

There are gas stations, a grocery store, and a couple food options within 2 miles of the site. Additional food options can be found about 5 minutes away in Wellsville. There are hotels in the nearby, with a block of rooms reserved at Microtel Inn and Suites, approximately 2 miles from site.
